Our units start with high cube (9'6") shipping containers and give them the same treatment as any house frame: full electrical setups, proper insulation, drywall installation, and exterior painting. Each one is prepared to meet your unique needs.

The Bellevue
Single Model, 320 sqft.

Our single bedroom model is affordable housing at its finest. All living essentials are provided, including in-house laundry, kitchen appliances with marble countertops, and air conditioning.
The Rockford
Double Model, 640 sqft.
Starting at $109,000
Our double model takes the best aspects of our single and turns it into the essential family home. It includes the same features plus a second bedroom, more living space, and a front porch.
What else do I need?
We build the containers, but there are a few other things needed to make a complete home. We can help advise our customers with these services, but we do not provide them ourselves.
1. A concrete or piers foundation
Like any house, yours will need a solid foundation to keep things stable and prevent flooding
2. A connection to the sewer/water system
Our houses come with internal plumbing, but it all has to come and go somewhere
3. A connection to electrical grid
Much of the same story as #2. Our houses are fully wired, but they must be connected to the grid
4. Obtain any necessary local permits
These can vary depending on where your unit will be, based on county, municipality, type of land, and a number of other factors..
